his refuge and that he could seek Him in times of spiritual and

ON SUNDAY OCTOBER 28th SANDY WENT HOME
Today we can cry - today we can grieve - today we can be sorrowful
because we have lost a loved one and we will miss him - but - at the
same time we can rejoice and praise the Lord because Sandy has gone
WHAT IS THIS HOME LIKE?
Today Sandy is in the presence of
Jesus - where the father is ever
present and His glory shines
He is in a place where there is no darkness; a place where there are no
tears, no death, no pain, no mourning, no crying, no fear....
The word of God says in ....John 14:1-3
"Let not your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me.
"In My Father's house are many dwelling places; if it were not so,
I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you. "And if
I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you to
Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.”
HOME IS A PLACE OF “REST”
“And I heard a voice from heaven, saying, "Write, 'Blessed are the dead
who die in the Lord from now on!' " "Yes," says the Spirit, "that they
may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow with them."
Sandy is in a place of rest - a place of comfort - a place with no more
struggles - a place with no pills, needles, or anguish.
HOME IS A PLACE OF REMOVAL
“...and He shall wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there shall
no longer be any death; there shall no longer be any mourning, or
crying, or pain; the first things have passed away.”
Sandy is in a place where there is no death; no mourning; no crying; no
HOME IS THE PLACE WHERE OUR “REDEEMER”
2 Cor. 5:8 says.
“...to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.”
In John 14:3 Jesus said, “I will come again and receive you unto
myself, that where I am, there you may be also.”
Today Sandy is with Jesus - he is in His arms, surrounded by His
perfect love and peace.
I am confident that Sandy would want me to tell you the way that you
can be assured that you will be with him for eternity
“Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one
comes to the Father, but through Me.”
“...that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in
your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved;
for with the heart man believes, resulting in righteousness, and with
the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.”
“Whoever will call upon the name of the Lord will be saved.”
“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that
whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life.”
“For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of
yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, that
no one should boast.”
